This notice explains what we do with personal information you share through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, work email, company, website, the markets you serve and your message. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence.
Why we use it
We use this information to reply to you, arrange a call and, if you go ahead, set up our work together. If we contact you first about our services, we do so because we believe it is relevant to your business, and we will stop as soon as you ask.
Who handles it
We use trusted providers to run the website and our email and enquiry tools, including Cloudflare (hosting), Google Workspace (email) and Formspree (contact form). They process information on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Under South Africa's POPIA and, where they apply, data protection laws in other regions such as GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@corecxglobal.com and we will respond promptly.
